Ofsted Report

Stalbridge Pre-School is managed by a committee made up of parents/carers of children usually attending the Pre-School.

The committee are responsible for the employment of staff, ensuring that legal requirements are met as well as planning fundraising events. An AGM is held in the Autumn Term to recruit committee members.

​The committee employs a manager who has responsibility for the day to day running of the Pre-School, a deputy and qualified practitioners.

Staff regularly undertake training in Child Protection & Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene, as well as other training to up date their knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage such as Observing & Assessing, Positive Behaviour Management, Letters & Sounds, Story Making……..
